Whats with my family....

Sometimes I swear that we are a magnet for misshapes. I feel like I have a giant target on my forehead flashing, "Stare at me and my weird family". The week that Eva gets her casts off, Jack falls off the play set and breaks his right arm. Now I have one little man in a sling who is cute but still, can't I get a  break. Then of course yesterday I have the oh so sad experience of having Eva's bar placed on her shoes. It looks horrible and rather scary. Is it possible to not leave my house until this contraption is off? I know I am being ungrateful and being petty, but sometimes I just feel like a walking disaster with three adorable kids attached to me. Is all the stares worth it, this to shall pass. But is sucks right now. I am done venting and will instead look at the bright side of things.

Sometimes it feels so good to just vent and let off some steam. I'm sorry to hear about his broken arm. Doesn't it feel like sometimes when it rains it poors...

Your kids are adorable though. Hang in there!

Let them stare. You are doing great. Don't you want to just yell at people and say "stop judging me!"

I'm with you -- that really does suck! At least you're feeling good, right? I often feel like I can handle most things until I myself start feeling sick or injured, and then everything seems a million times worse.

Keep smiling, cuz that's all there's left some days. Still want to meet up with you, I'll try and call you.

It seems like life always happens in 3's, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that nothing else happens! You certainly have had your share. Little Jack in a sling is seriously cute though! And who cares about the looks right? Just stay focused on other things, the less you're worried about it the less aware you will be of it.

All in all I'm thinking you need a nice long day at the spa! Or at minimal, a pedicure or massage!

Oh Sara, your children are the most adorable kids despite all the mishaps. Eva is beautiful, Jack is a stud and George is still the cutest boy I have ever seen with the sweetest heart ever! We love you so much and are praying for your family!

Geeze, I didn't know that Jack broke his arm, that darn play toy:) Keep smiling, you always have such a great attitude about things. And sweet little Eva doesn't look scary at all:)

I'm so sorry to hear about Jack's arm. You have had more than your share or mishaps. Eva's shoes and bar are just like Mark had. I remember the stares too, but I know that it bothered me, not the baby. And Eva is so cute, and her legs are looking so good. Amazing how much she has changed since we last saw her. Take care!

Poor little sweethearts! I know what you mean about stares. Do you remember Sean's black eye? That was sure fun. People can't help themselves but say something. And not just say something, EXCLAIM something. "Oh my!!! What happened to the baby's eye?!?"
