End of Summer Happenings

Summer is almost over and the beautiful fall weather is so close. The cool mornings really are the best and I love that it is getting darker earlier.

The kids have been enjoying these last few weeks, with legos, and some much needed time with friends and Grandma's. The have grown so much these last few months and both are so thrilled for so school they can hardly stand it. Jack will be going to "Grandma Sue's Gate" which is what he calls Gateway. George will be finishing his last year of preschool in a program called ECAP at the big brown school. They are geared up and ready to have some more structure and some out side influence besides mom.

Eva is walking machine and even attempting running. She loves to dance and wear her bracelets and purses. She is saying all sorts of fun words: "Baby, dog, bye bye, hi, no no no!, ashes (she sings almost the whole ring around the rosey song)". I can believe the personality she has.

I am back on my feet after, falling twice a few weeks ago and pulling my low back out. I was down and out for a few days with that and then experienced a wonderful bought of food posioning/ e coli. No food or water for 4 days. I was not my best self. Lucky I have an amazing midwife how came to my house and gave me three IV fluid treatments. I lost a little over ten pounds, I wish I was not pregnant and it would show a little more. Anyways, I am back on my feet. I have been adjusted by my chiropractor and have been eating and drinking once again this week. Baby is happy and livin it up, he or she will be coming all to soon.

We are happy and healthy and enjoying the busy life that we have created. I am thankful for this summer and the chance to push myself with creative projects for the kids and for letting them just be kids. So long summer, fall here we come.

So glad you're feeling better, and that baby is doing well. My heart always skips a beat when I hear of a pregnant mother falling. It's just a scary thing. So glad all is well!
