Valentines Day 2010

"It's a kind of magic.
It's a kind of magic.
A kind of magic.
One dream, one soul, one prize, one goal.
One golden glance of what should be.
It's a kind of magic."

A kind of Magic

Fun, Romantic and food was the theme of our Valentines Week. Yes, that is right. I decided to make each day a fun treat for John by surprising him with a yummy treat for each day. The date night was on Friday, John and I got all dressed up and went out to P.F. Changs and had a yummy dinner (tofu lettuce wraps.... pure heaven) with some great friends. We also attended the stake adult dance and seriously rocked the dance floor. Yes, we may have no rhythm but we love to shake it and to sing our hearts out. I gave John his gift of a sweater vest and yummy candy. John gave me a beautiful floral arrangement and surprised me with the most amazing gift. A one hour massage, he planned it and arranged for the entire event. You heard me right I referred to this as an event. I am so excited to just relax and enjoy this.

On Sunday I made a v-day dinner of heart shaped pancakes with sprinkles and chocolate chips. We had a great week sharing our love for each other, family and friends.

Those are some yummy looking pancakes. Sounds like you had a fun week! I couldn't get Nate to a dance if I paid him good money. ;)

Fun idea to have a whole week of doing things! I'm glad you guys got to have a date night & that you had fun at the dance.

Cute pancakes. Did your boys like them too?

Massage.... good job, John! I would pay good money to see you two cutting a rug.
